    Good afternoon!

    My name is Melinda. My husband Julio and I have been investing since 1990. We have several (Land), lot spaces for rent for mobile homes. We have a few single-family houses. and a small 12-unit Apartment Building. We mostly buy vacant land to set up for mobile homes. We do not worry about getting our return fast. We get it in the long run from the rentals. My husband does the majority of repairs, installations, or whatever is needed. I do mostly paperwork and errands. That’s how we split up the work.
